NDIS Provider Platforms — SRSHub & SIL Manager
Two platforms built for Australian NDIS providers: SRSHub for supported residential services, and SIL Manager for supported independent living — participant plans, rostering, invoicing, and NDIA compliance reporting.
The challenge
NDIS providers carry an administrative load that grows faster than their participant numbers. Plan management, service booking, staff rostering, invoicing against the NDIA price guide, and compliance reporting were being handled through manual processes and disconnected spreadsheets — work that scales linearly with headcount and fails an audit the moment a spreadsheet drifts.
The solution
We delivered two platforms. SRSHub covers supported residential services: resident records, staffing, incident reporting, and the reporting a facility has to produce on demand. SIL Manager covers supported independent living: participant plans and budget tracking, rostering against the roster of care, automated invoicing aligned to NDIA price guides, and real-time compliance dashboards with audit-ready exports.
The outcome
Plan management, rostering and NDIA-aligned invoicing moved off spreadsheets, and compliance reporting became an export rather than a week of assembly.
