What This Site Is
A description of the services we offer and the software we build. Case studies, blog posts, and capability descriptions are published for information. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to deliver any particular outcome, and nothing here forms a contract. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Technical content on the blog is general commentary, not advice for your situation. Content touching on tax, compliance, or legal obligations — ATO invoicing requirements, NDIS arrangements, security of payment legislation and the like — is a summary written by software engineers, not by accountants or lawyers. Verify it against the source or take professional advice before relying on it.
Our Apps Are Separate
Vault Finance, StockEasy, AI Transcribe, and Tradie Mate are licensed to you by Apple under the App Store terms, not under this document. Each has its own privacy policy, linked from the apps page. AI Transcribe additionally has its own end user licence.
Intellectual Property
The text, design, code, and images on this site belong to Willneeds Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and link to anything here. You may not republish substantial portions, present our work as your own, or use our name or logo to imply an association that does not exist.
Client names, product names, and trade marks referred to on this site belong to their respective owners.
Enquiries You Send Us
When you use the contact form or email us, you are asking us to get in touch about work. We are not obliged to accept any engagement. Please do not send confidential information, credentials, or personal data belonging to third parties in a first enquiry — wait until there is a confidentiality agreement in place. How we handle what you do send is covered by our privacy policy.
Availability and Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee either. Content can go out of date, particularly product descriptions and pricing — where this site and an App Store listing disagree, the App Store listing is what governs your purchase. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for what is on them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
