Yes — entirely. StockEasy makes no network requests of any kind, so there is nothing that degrades without a connection. The trade-off is that there is no sync between devices: moving your records to another phone means exporting a backup and restoring it there.

Pro unlocks unlimited products, staff roles for up to 15 people on the device, the on-device assistant, voice commands, multi-warehouse, advanced reports, and CSV/Excel export. StockEasy is a Universal app — runs natively on both, with an iPad-optimized split-screen POS mode.
On your device, and nowhere else. StockEasy does not sync through iCloud or anywhere else, and makes no network requests — so we could not see your data even if we wanted to. Take a backup from Settings and keep the file off the phone; it is free and it covers everything.
It does not send anything anywhere. Questions like "How are today’s sales?" are matched by keyword to one of a fixed set of reports, which is then read from your own records on the device. There is no language model, no inference, and no network call — the app makes no network requests at all. Nothing you type into it leaves the phone, including customer names and phone numbers.
Pro subscription required. Settings → Team Management → Add Member, up to 15 people with Owner, Manager or Staff roles. This controls who can see and do what on the device the app is installed on — an owner passcode guards the switch between roles. It is not multi-device collaboration: there is no sync, so staff on their own phones do not see your shop’s data.
